The first thing one asks after deciding this is something they'd like to try is "How do I get involved?" Obviously, you want to find a group that is local to you. If you live in the Kingdom of Ansteorra (Oklahoma and most of Texas), then you can check our Kingdom's page of Baronies and Branches. You will find names and phone numbers whom you can contact for meeting times and locations. If you think that you are in our area, you may consult our local zipcode list. If, for some reason, you are not able to find what you seek there or you live in another region, check the SCA Geography page to find the web pages of other kingdoms. Alternatively, there is the People and Groups in the SCA page which will have links to branch and kingdom pages, too. Surely one of them will have the required contact information. If you would like a membership form, you can get one from SCA Member Services. Calling the Corporate Office is a good idea if you are confused by all this. They can be reached at (800) 789-7486. Or you can write them:

Also, if you think you are local to my group, drop me a line. I'm glad to offer any assistance you may need. |
